After bringing the issue to their attention, I was met with indifference and even personal stories instead of a solution. I had to clean my daughter's belongings myself and fight just to get an acknowledgment of the problem. It felt like I had to prove our claim rather than receiving an apology or any help. The entire experience was distressing, and it left us feeling unsafe and neglected during our stay.

The King Room was super spacious and clean! The bed and pillows were amazing—I slept like a rock for 9 hours. No annoying outside noise, which was a nice change from other places. Huge TV and a solid bathroom too. Breakfast had a good variety. Overall, pretty comfy vibes all around!
